JOB DETAIL

Provides agile methodology services to cross-functional teams, demonstrating an understanding of the product(s) and associated business areas.

Applies functional expertise to improve productivity of teams and quality of work processes and outcomes. 

 Core Responsibilities:

• Provides insight on best practices for high performing teams in the delivery of product or projects, ensuring team actions are aligned with project goals.

• Facilitates planning, team learning, and assists adaptation of processes to ensure the quality of team solutions.

• Encourages a continuous learning environment to strengthen the team's understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts and principles.

• Applies methodology that supports the integration of changing customer inputs and business conditions into product development.

• Works with product owner and management to define and prioritize outcomes.

Identifies trade-offs between short and long term benefits to drive shared vision between the team and product owner.

• Ensures the application of agile frameworks to the development process to increase effectiveness of product development.

• Leads daily scrum meetings, iteration reviews and maintains backlogs.

• Identifies and removes roadblocks to product development via discussion with product owner.

• Raises impediments to IT delivery manager as needed

• Orchestrates work as a balance among vendor, Fintech and IT.

• Demonstrated example(s) of being able to retool and rework team(s) dynamic to full agile practice

• Ensures retrospectives are held and uses as a tool for improving team output and building strong team connection

• Has experience navigating vendor output(s) with company output(s)

• Willing to take direction from in house agile coach as needed

• Translates Jira board into weekly/monthly status for management/leadership

• Is able to articulate team health and present team progress to leadership

• Demonstrated experience navigating client priority with IT initiatives
