•    Should be able to do Unit Testing & Integrated Testing on the code developed.
•    Attention to Detail & Good debugging skills.
•    Discuss with Team, Understand the requirements and develop the web application. 
•    Good knowledge on the Web Application Architecture. Experienced with working Agile teams and should be able to coordinate with offshore team.
•    Expected to take ownership of the assigned work & deliver on time.
