Remove impediments and roadblocks for teams to progress smoothly
Enable Process adherence within the teams
Assist Product Owners and DSLs in planning updating prioritizing and refining backlogs.
Support design development and delivery of a practical hands-on coaching and mentoring environment in helping client and Cognizant development teams to become more ‘Agile’.
