Senior Scrum Master


Lead one or more Agile scrum team(s) following the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology while integrating with our traditional SDLC processes Ensure that the projects are successful in delivering value and that each project adheres to budget and time frame guidelines Lead one or more Agile scrum team(s) following the defined Agile methodologies using Scrum, TDD, Kanban and XP Facilitate discussion and conflict resolution with empathy and respect Track and remove impediments for the team as quickly as possible Communicate early and often within the team and with stakeholders Ensure project and backlog roadmaps are prioritized through clearly defined criteria and ROI sizing. Work with product owner to ensure a well-groomed Product Backlog for the teams to ensure long term work visibility is maintained Measure team sprint success by using standard sprint metrics and drive team efficiency and productivity improvement through data points Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, both internal and external to the team Create and manage a documentation repository: maintain up-to-date project documentation, shared globally and conforming to global standards Be a Lean Agile evangelist: Coach team members using SAFe principles to help teams mature in SAFe processes Facilitate cross team collaboration with the internal teams to fully understand business requirements and desired business outcomes with respect to production issues Ability to tackle difficult issues and handle strong personalities. Must excel at decision making, conflict management Bring a passion to stay on top of current trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in internal & external technology communities, and mentor other members of the engineering community Encourage innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, out-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, and self-organization Provide support to Implementation Lead for integrated roadmap planning activities Le
