Experience of managing projects of different size, Utilizes management skills to enhance the level of service and quality of deliverables.
Hands on experience of Project Development life cycle - project estimation, project planning, monitoring and tracking
Develop detailed project plans using MS Project or customer specific tool
Ability to identify project risks and derive effective mitigation plans to handle the same
Ability to collect technical inputs from subject matter experts and create solutions
Communicate complex issues to stakeholders with recommendations on the path forward.
Coordinate stakeholder meetings to ensure all parties understand the deliveries and milestones and the resources that are assigned
Good People management skills - Ability to guide, mentor and nurture team, Ability to Negotiate effectively with team members to define the teams goals, work content and schedules
Participate in presales activities to support account growth
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
8-12 years of overall experience in IT industry
Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
Proficient in Agile methodology with an ability to adapt quickly to changing technology requirements
Understand technology , should help in identifying new technologies trends and help teams in adoption of the same
Ability to manage change and coordinate with stakeholders to manage its impact
Ability to establish and maintain clear mechanisms to communicate project status to senior management and customer.
Ability to work with teams spread across geographies to deliver projects
Experience to estimate efforts using multiple techniques
Mandatory Development and Technical management experience in one of the following three areas preferably in Healthcare/Medical/Unified Communications/Telecom/Digital
Android, iOS and Digital application Development projects
Cloud based Software development projects Digital platforms
