·  Coach and help teams understand scrum processes

·  Remove impediments and roadblocks for teams to progress smoothly

·  Enable Process adherence within the teams

·  Assist Product Owners and DSLs in planning updating prioritizing and refining backlogs.

·  Support design development and delivery of a practical hands-on coaching and mentoring environment in helping client and Cognizant development teams to become more ‘Agile’.

·  Excellent organizational skills communication.
