This position works closely with and engages Business( Product Managers, Product owners) and Technical stakeholders
The Business Architect will work with stakeholders and built out a long-term road and create SAFe artifacts for the consumption of the downstream teams to execute the initiatives with a business value driven approach.
Under limited supervision, creates project level business architecture artifacts for specific projects.
Ability to gather, elicitate and document  Business Requirements
Hands on experience in designing and documenting the Business Process flows 
Proven expertise in ARIS Modelling 
Design Process Models
Generating Reports
Simulation – good to have know-how
Ability to interact with Business Stakeholders and leadership
Preferably candidate should have Railroad domain knowledge.
