1) Team coordination and monitoring to insure project/program milestone compliance. Hold/Attend regular team stand up meetings.
2) Coordination with Project Team members to ensure alignment with schedule and cost
3) Prepare and present project reports (burn down charts), weekly status reports including performance metrics
4) Prepare project plans for executing EMC activities per program plans.
5) Track the programs progress and provide project engineering support as required for each program
6) Plan resources for each program for testing and other supports
7) Experience in proposal and bid developments
8) Experience in change management
9) Experience in handling external vendors/suppliers
10) PMP Certification is added advantage but not mandatory
