Business Systems Analyst


Purpose: Our wholesale business is truly global with 5000+ customers selling our products in more than 110 countries across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. With a foundational platform for commerce, operations, and service in place, we are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to build out a cutting-edge platform that will enable our brands to deliver delightful experiences for our customers. Key Results: · Maximize the value and overall return of digital investment in Wholesale · Digitally transform Wholesale capabilities as we evolve the business for a new era · Enable our Wholesale business with the technology it needs to succeed Additional Information and Key Metrics: · 5000+ Customers · All Regions · All Brands · Global Customer Service Key Responsibilities: · Liaise with Business, Technical and other stakeholders to refine Digital Wholesale product (CRM, B2B eCommerce, and Digital Showroom) strategies and requirements, while employing a data-driven approach to build consensus among groups. · Ask questions and collaborate with business product teams in ongoing product initiatives to ensure complete coverage of techno-functional requirements. · Aim to get clarity on business processes and applications’ usage from the business operations teams · Clarify and deep dive the requirements with technical teams · Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. Leverage expertise in SAP Hybris to inform custom vs. out-of-the-box solutions. · Understand the major solution components of the Digital Wholesale product group architecture and consider requirements holistically. · Lead the capture of architectural decisions and dependencies in project documentation templates and own the versioning of documentation (FSDs, templates, etc.) as updates trickle through during the project design and implementation phases · Interface with our product, technical partners, and at times vendors, where needed, to facilitate meetings for business requirements definition, technical requirements elicitation, integration specification updates, data samples, and articulate dependencies. · Capture technical documentation on solution approach for specific project features · Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously and keep the timelines intact · Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between time to market, resourcing, and performance Years and Type of Experience Required: · 5+ years of business systems analyst experience in eCommerce and/or CRM Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: · Working knowledge and experience with eCommerce platforms · Data-driven with the analytical abilities to identify opportunities and drive core KPI analysis. Ability to analyze and document complex business and technical processes. · Demonstrated ability to understand technical concepts and implications. · Experience Agile principles methodologies and how they’re applied in workplace culture (SCRUM, LEAN, Kanban, SAFe, Design Thinking, etc) · Ability to work through ambiguity and be a self-learner · Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts · Flexible work hours to match overseas project implementations Bonus Qualities: · Understanding of microservices, web services, REST API, and other synchronous/asynchronous integration mechanisms · SAP Hybris experience · PEGA CRM tool experience
