JOB DETAIL

  • 5+ years of Salesforce Admin experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in working on sales lifecycle, case lifecycle, workflow, process builder, approval, lightning flow, report & dashboards configurations
  • Hands on experience on territory management, lead routing, lead conversion configurations
  • CPQ integration experience, Zuora CPQ is a plus
  • Experience in installing and maintaining the AppExchange product along with the licensing model information
  • Experience in maintaining the lightning org, configuring the lightning components, lightning page layouts, assignments etc
  • Experience with data cleansing, data manipulation and data migration
  • Salesforce.com Certified Administrator
  • Excellent verbal and written communication

Responsibilities:

  • This role will work with representatives from every department – in particular, Sales, Marketing & Customer Success - to build and maintain processes and manage the data relating to them
  • Manage day to day SFDC Admin activities
  • Own and manage Salesforce maintenance and hygiene
  • Understands Account hierarchy, campaign management, Lead Conversion, Opportunity conversions, Quote to Cash process
  • Establish, document, and enforce data governance practices
  • Hands on experience integrating Salesforce with Marketo (or equivalent Marketing tool)
  • Configuration of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflows, process builders, flows, validations, in Salesforce Lightning
  • Creation and modification of custom Reports and Dashboards for various parts of the organization such as Sales, Marketing, Support and Finance
  • Create and manage Sandboxes
  • Must have a deep understanding of scalable solutions and Salesforce best practice
