JOB DETAIL

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments, making initial presentation, and understanding account requirements.
  • Work with Leadership to close sales by building rapport with potential account, explaining product and service capabilities, overcoming objectives, preparing contracts.
  • Identify customer pain by investigating problems, preparing scope, making recommendations to management.
  • Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales accounts.
  • Contribute information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
  • Recommend changes in service products & policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-6 years of a proven sales track record in acquiring software development/consulting opportunities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable in making presentations to C-level or technical audiences
  • Effective sales and marketing skills
  • Strong business development and prospecting skills
  • Strong and verifiable contact list is a big plus
  • Strong desire to develop new business contacts
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • RPA Selling experience a plus
