- Level I- More than one (1) but less than four (4) years' experience as a Project Manager
- 3 years of experience managing an office of 50 or more personnel and contractors performing multiple business functions.
- Power user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook calendaring and telework software.
- 3 years of experience working with Adobe Acrobat Pro, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and Oracle People Soft.
- 3 years of experience in training, writing office processes, and creating training material
- 3 years of experience with tracking, analyzing, summarizing, and reporting data
- 3 years of experience managing and delegating workloads and following up on completion dates
- 3 years of experience as a liaison between multiple on and off-site offices for multiple processes
- 3 years of experience leading and coaching teams for productivity and efficiency
- Associates Degree in related field
