JOB DETAIL

The position

The primary role of this position is to manage, develop and continuously optimize our Global external congress website/platform Novo Nordisk CongressHub to ensure best in class digital and hybrid commercial congress presence for Novo Nordisk. This includes designing optimal user experience, managing the backlog of new functionalities, and adapting website design based on insights. To maintain, optimize and report on Congress data and analytics including all relevant data points for congresses (organiser data, CongressHub, Science Hub, delegate data, paid media, SoMe data and more). The data streams are currently being developed and integrated in the Congress Dashboard (Qlick), and will be developed throughout 2022 and beyond. This role will work closely with key colleagues in the Customer Engagement Team (Associate Director for congresses, all Global MCE Managers responsible for the congress channel, Digital Media Hub and important internal stakeholders in Multichannel Excellence and Operations (MEO) Team).

Qualifications

  • Masters degree or above in relevant area
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Strong web management skills and experience
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics
  • Basic understanding of back-end and front-end website development
  • Web User Experience
  • Medium Paid media and web traffic drivers understanding
  • Strong data understanding and interest
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
