Please submit profiles of engineers working in Technology companies and having background in managing programs with Agile/Confluence. People having experience in Data Center infra-management is highly preferrable like experience with network operators and managing cloud infra programs is preferred.

Responsibilities :

Lead programs including strategy development, supporting analysis and stakeholder engagement.

Run, coordinate, and de-risk program interdependencies.

Identify and track issues around processes and governance and manage through to resolution.

Ensure all processes are well documented and maintained up to date.

Run the overall program governance controls: intake, reporting, budget allocation, and change control processes.

Work closely with business operations leaders, engineering teams to develop processes and strategies for best in class programs.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand and articulate tradeoffs, influence business decisions

For assigned project, support the team on collecting requirements and document them

Management of resource, partner, and deliverable alignment across the program.

Drives partner engagement and internal alignment across Architecture, Change Management and Adoption at the cross-program level.

Program-increment planning and commit-management.

Manage the program’s documentation and knowledge base.

Qualifications

12+ years of work experience within a Project Management, Business Operations,, operational excellence or consulting environment

Excellent knowledge and extensive experience working with Scrum and Agile methodologies

Strong hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence

You have excellent presentation skills, capable of running efficient and productive meetings with senior stakeholders.

History of accomplishments and initiative delivery. Demonstrated ability to meet or beat assigned targets and deadlines consistently.

Desire to work within a fast-paced Tech environment, enjoy constant change and challenge with new business demands and priorities.

Good communication, collaboration, leadership, and presentation skills

Experience working in agile organizations and preferably certified in agile practices

You are detail-oriented with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
