The Technical Program Manager will perform the following activities, including (but not limited to):
- Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Ability to balance a program workload and staffing according to project/program and organizational priorities and goals
- Developing complete & thorough project plan and associated communication documents
- Effectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner
- Experience with ERP / third party systems program management withSDLC experience.
- Identifying and mitigating risks to the project and communicate risks to stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills
- Strong program management fundamentals on technical cross-functional projects
- Excellent leadership, people and communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups
- Experience in managing Integration Projects where middleware tools like Dell Boomi, Data Bridge , Muelsoft etc are involved.
Skills are required:
· Building Business/technical requirements documentation
· Leading/collaborating with SW engineering teams
· Building Roadmaps, pipelines, project scoping etc.
· Performing daily/weekly sprints
· Knowledgeable of SW development process for building a product
· Familiar with technical integrations, data pipelines/hubs, etc.
· Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL is a plus
· Flexibility working both US & IND timezone.
