Responsibilities
- Build reliable, highly scalable and highly performing applications or distributed systems
- Engineer infrastructure, services, automation and tools to improve overall efficiency and productivity
- Seek opportunities in our day-to-day workflow to improve quality and efficiency from ideation to deployment
- Document your processes and workflow in sharable documents for future reuse and adoption
Required Qualifications:
- Strong programming experience in C# or C/C++ and SQL
- 1+ years of applied experience in Microsoft cloud and big data technologies (e.g. Azure, Cosmos, Kusto, Azure Data Lake, etc)
- 2+ years of professional experience designing and developing software or services.
- Design and problem-solving skills, with a bias for architecting for performance, scalability, usability, security, and reliability
- Ability to quickly ramp-up on existing code base with optional documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Coding and scripting experience related to security and data science
- Familiarity with developer environment tools like Github or Visual Studio to share code, track work, etc.
