- 3-4 years of experience in data operations in health care insurance domain
- Above average in database SQL skills such as querying/uploading and updating the data and ad hoc data analysis.
- The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts in the team.
Responsibilities
- Very Strong Oracle SQL skills to conduct data profiling, ad hoc data analysis
- Ability to summarize and present analysis to business partners and Plans
- Conduct trending and data modeling
- Strong critical thinking capabilities, as well as effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills, interpersonal skills? Customer service support and reporting.
- Triage and managing the customer inquiries coming to the helpdesk.
