•Manage complex, cross-functional projects.

•Lead the team through requirements, planning of the project and execution phase.

•Build project plan with clearly defined milestones, task level deliverables and associated resource requirements.

•Build team ownership and commitment to the project plan. Understands interdependencies between tasks and manages them effectively.

•Owns communication and coordination with all the stakeholders.

•Provides regular status updates to management team on progress of assigned projects.

•Proactively identify program and technical risks, generate mitigation plans, and facilitate the closure of risks in collaboration with stakeholders.

•Closely works with the project team to ensure all milestones are tracked and delivered in timely manner.

•Coordinate and drive efforts with external vendors, technical teams and business for development cycle, testing cycles and release including cutover activities. 

•Follow SDLC guidelines for project deliverables. 

•Familiar with Jira and agile methodology. Proficient with Microsoft project, power point and excel.

•Manages budget, timeline, resources of the project and has excellent communication skillset.

•Minimum 5 years' project management experience in the healthcare industry. 

•Independent, self-driven, enthusiastic and strong team player.

Agile experience is preferred, as the team uses tools like JIRA, operates in Sprints, and tends to use a Kanban board for flowing work.
