Retail    Business Analyst  requirements

1. knowledge of Retail/Broker loan origination process, documentation, requirements and terminology.
2. Minimum of seven (7) years’ of experience with requirements elicitation techniques and business systems analysis practices.
3. Minimum of seven (7) years’ of experience with multiple aspects of a Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and different development methodologies/frameworks. Experience with UML and Agile methodologies is a plus.
4. Business Analyst with Mortgage Pricing
5. Optimal Blue experience – Preferred but not mandatory
6. Experience on Encompass / Optimal Blue is a plus.
