As a Senior Software Developer, the role will require someone who can do thefollowing:

•Assist with design and development of softwareapplication systems mainly revolving around payment distributions from 401kretirement plans

•Participate on an agile team of developers,testers, product owners and scrum masters.

•Participate in discussions and engage other teammembers to gather system requirements where minimal information is provided.

•From time to time, perform manual testing andinvestigate ways to automate these tests

•Release applications to production environmentson a regular basis.

•Provide production application support forapplications that require 99% uptime.

•The ideal candidate will possess a good balanceof strong technical skills along with excellent communication and enjoy workingin a collaborative team environment.

Skills equivalent to 11 years incomparable position. Responsible for applications development in an enterprisearchitecture environment within .net framework using C#. Must be able to applySDLC concepts and have a proven track record of delivering solid, robustapplications. Must have a good understanding of Object-Oriented Programmingconcepts, have experience working on distributed platforms or Windows, and haveexperience in a .Net framework enterprise architecture environment. Knowledgeof Agile or other iterative development methodologies is required. Must havestrong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills,and the ability to independently work as a contributing member in a high-pacedand focused team.
