• 4 to 6 years of experience developing code and managing projects in the required technology
• Advanced proficiency in analysis, leadership, and communication skills (verbal and written) across all organizational levels
• BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• Deep technical expertise in database design, ETL, reporting and analytics
• Expert data modeling skills (i.e., conceptual, logical and physical model design), experience with Operation Data Stores, Enterprise Data Warehouses and Data Marts
• Understanding of data warehousing project life cycle, especially tasks within the ETL phase
• Implementation experience with ETL concepts and tools such as: Oracle Warehouse Builder, Informatica, DataStage, Teradata, etc.
• Implementation experience with one or more of the following BI/Enterprise Reporting tools: Cognos, Business Objects, Brio, and other similar tools
• Problem-solving skills and proven record of working well in a team environment
• Proficiency with particular Facets modules, business process and underlying programs and tables
• Reporting platforms like MS SQL Reporting Services/Information Builders/Business Objects/Crystal Reports/Cognos will be preferred
• Requirements analysis, data assessment, business process reengineering, and familiarity with data warehousing design concepts
• Solid data warehouse design experience, data modeling skills, and the ability to work closely with system/solution architects and other team members
