Lead Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Feature/Story Grooming, Sprint Demos and Sprint Retrospectives for an Salesforce Program
Coach team on Scaled Agile Framework
Manage multiple scrum teams in a high visibility engagement
Partner with and assist Product Owners and Development Team in definition of Epics, Features and Stories as needed
Track and report team progress through use of Agile-centric reporting
Actively manage team backlog and capacity to contribute to sustainability of a high-performing team
Act as servant leader to help maximize team efficiency by resolving impediments
 
Required Skills
5+ Years of experience as a Scrum Master leading multiple scrum teams in a Agile or hybrid environment
Experience with Confluence / JIRA
Certified Agile Coach or Scrum Master preferred
Application experience with Pega preferred
