Client with offices in downtown Denver is seeking a senior SQL Server DBA for a long term contract. Duties will include working as a production DBA; performance tuning, configuring, installations, troubleshooting, etc, on SQL Server databases 2008 through 2019. They will be joining a team that provides 24/7 support, and there is on call rotation every 5 weeks.

They are currently working on upgrading their platforms, so upgrade / migration type experience is a must.

Required Skills:

1) SQL Server production DBA work.

2) Experience with versions 2008, 2012, 2014, 2016, and 2019

3) Migration / upgrade experience - data center migrations, data migrations, SQL Server upgrades, etc.

4) HA (high availability) / clustering / replication / mirroring / log shipping experience

5) PowerShell

6) Solid T-SQL
