Philips Sleep and Respiratory organization that generates more than a billion dollars a year in revenue. Our customer-facing application developed by this organization is critical to customers and is, in many instances, the deciding factor in the buying process. The Field Engineering group is focused on identifying software issues and needs experienced by customers and developing software solutions to address those needs in a timely fashion

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science or similar technical field
• 4+ years of demonstrated proficiency in building Enterprise applications using Java
• Demonstrated experience and fluency withy Spring Framework (Sprint-Boot preferred)
• Strong experience with Micro-services Architecture applications
• Strong experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases
• Experience with enterprise messaging brokers such as RabbitMQ, MSMQ
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS
• Experience with source control tools such as Git, TFS
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Scrum/Agile software development process
