Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for Development and Technical Support for the Managed Services, Branch Services and internal Client ServiceNow Instances and works on various modules.
- Determines structural requirements by analyzing client operations, applications programming; reviewing objectives with clients; evaluating current systems; Develop User Stories, maintains Technical Documentation and Releases.
- Creating and configuring Notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Formatters, etc. in ServiceNow.
- Creating ServiceNow reports, Dashboards using Performance Analytics
- Developing system integrations and process automation within the ServiceNow instance and other Information Services applications.
- Work on design, and execution of integrating standard LDAP & 3rd party apps. Work on Integration Hub.
- Work on Workflow Editor to Configure Workflow; Orchestrate and automate tasks
- Flow Designer: refactoring inbound actions into flows, refactoring old workflows into flows.
- Develops/implements new configurations and customizations for ServiceNow.
- Works on upgrading, integrating, debugging and troubleshooting and migrating ServiceNow Instances.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4 to 6+ years of experience into ServiceNow implementations in ITSM, FSM, CSM, PPM and Custom app development
- Experience in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript including Business Rules, Script includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, etc.
- Should have good understanding on ServiceNow platform APIs like Glide Record, Glide Aggregate, Glide Ajax etc.
- Experience Google Map Premium API integration.
- Field Service Management Module Implementation Experience.
- ServiceNow integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS
- Experience implementing and integrating enterprise software applications, i.e., bridging other ticketing tools like Remedy, Other ServiceNow Instances, etc.
- Experience on Custom Apps and Mobile app Good to have.
- ServiceNow Certified Developer/ Implementation Specialist certification desired.
- Knowledge of ITIL Foundation V3 strong preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (nice to have).
