Graduates / Postgraduates with at least 2+ years of experience with at least a year of Sales/Business Development - Research Services
Excellent spoken and written communication skills, interpersonal skills.
Good team player.
Should have been involved in the entire sales cycle Lead Generation, Responding to enquiries, following up with customers, preparing proposals, negotiating prices, closures of sales and growing sales from existing accounts.
Should have a broad understanding of Outsourcing business.
Should have been involved in hands-on research, analysis and writing reports.
Should have hands-on experience with Statistical tools like SPSS, SAS, and Millward.
Proficient with MS Excel & PowerPoint.

Will be exposed to a wide range of sub services involved with Market Research & Analysis, Financial Market Research, Life Sciences and Pharma Research.
Should have worked and communicated with customers in the US or Europe on an ongoing basis.
Able to strike a relationship with both customers and partners.
Ability to explain the business side of the project where he/she was involved.
