Closely collaborate with the Product owner and serve as a liaison between the business and technology teams.
Interact with business users, conduct analysis, and document business processes, workflows and requirements.
Solicit business and system requirements using walk-through, document analysis, use case scenarios, business analysis, task, and workflow analysis.
Translate business requirements into functional requirements and specifications that have an appropriate level of details suitable for use by the technology team(s).
Write clear and concise requirements, ensuring that requirements are complete, consistent, and verifiable.
Enable better use of data to optimize reinsurance core business data storytelling.
Work closely with our business and technical partners to achieve an efficient and effective solution with holistic view across multiple systems.
Collaborate with development and testing teams to provide subject matter expertise.
Provide business support and assist in the troubleshooting of problems and incidents; make recommendations and provide alternative solutions when applicable.
Help in prototyping and/or develop data analysis solutions.
Lead review sessions for completed business/ functional requirements with key business users, while ensuring to gain consensus and final business approval.
Support business and technology teams to ensure key results are met in an accurate timely manner.
Verify that the solution meets the business, compliance, and technical requirements.
Participate in the development and planning of the User Acceptance Testing activities, including test plans and scripts, based on requirements.
Facilitate UAT execution phase and work with business lead and project manager to obtain user acceptance test sign-off.
