-Develop and maintain the world’s best activity applications using high quality features on Android devices.

-Help to continue to innovate and serve athletes by crafting an engaging and reliable experience.

-Work alongside other developers across various infrastructure layers, build new features, fix bugs and write tests for your code.

-Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

-Collaborate with team to define, design, and ship new features.

-Continuously seek opportunities to improve application performance and code stability.

-Help maintain code quality and organization.

Skills and Qualifications

Must demonstrate expert knowledge in:

-Kotlin with recent development experience.

-Google architectural components (Lifecycle, Room, View Model).

-Crafting mobile apps to consume server-based REST APIs.

-Code versioning tools (Git).

-Data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, MVC architecture, and Android design patterns.

-Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, Information Systems, or similar field, or relevant professional experience, education, and training.

-Strong knowledge of UI design and a user-oriented focus.

-Experience developing, delivering, and supporting multiple native Android applications through the Google Play store.

-Expert-level knowledge of Android SDK API levels, capabilities, OS versions, material design, and popular devices.

-Experience with automated testing and unit tests.

-Experience and proficiency in some of the following: multithreading, memory management, networking, databases, performance optimization, app security.
