Technical/Functional Skills
- Migration SME (On-Premise to Cloud, O365 to O365, File Share to O365)
- Familiar with Domino Migration to SharePoint
- Experience in handling executive level meeting and working in onshore offshore model
- Experience in leading/managing a team

- Client management for technical and operational requirements
- SharePoint project management experience primarily on SharePoint platform bridging business needs and IT solutions utilizing SharePoint OOTB features and functionality
- Experience with leading the teams between onshore and offshore for upgrade, Migration, project deliverables
- Familiarity with SharePoint security, content types, columns, managed metadata, Advance Search, SQL Queries
- Office 365, Domino, Database, PowerShell
- Level 4 problem ticket escalations and root cause analysis
- ServiceNow, CMDB, change management governance including major incident co-ordination
- ECC, Firewall, Load balancer, SSL maintenance activities
- Custom Connector, Azure Gateways, Data connection expertise on creation and maintenance
- Business opportunity and solution transformation design
- License and cost optimization in new and existing platform
- Experience in Using Microsoft SPMT Tool migrating the content from Share drive to SPO
- Experience in Microsoft OneDrive.
