Description:

The DevOps Team Lead organizes, leads and drives implementation of the DevOps technical solution according to agile principles. Guides DevOps Engineering and DevOps Mobilization teams to drive new technologies into the stack that provide tangible value to our business and consumers.

Responsibilities:

•            Understand the technical aspects and desired business outcomes of the project to anticipate issues while driving results

•            Plan, manage and allocate resources to ensure successful, high-quality execution and delivery within the defined scope

•            Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners, key stakeholders, and external customers as needed on status, risks and accomplishments to ensure alignment with the overall project goals

•            Defining, developing & supporting the technology and solutions with account teams.

•            Generates an implementation plan with timelines for the solution

•            Gathers and assesses customer needs, both business and technical

•            Guide steams on DevOps best practices

•            DevOps evangelism

•            Perform project reporting, including regular stakeholder status reports and overall performance of the project and project completion documentation

•            Provides overall direction and analytical guidance to project

•            Interfaces with leadership, Group Leads, and Lead Architects to convey infrastructure requirements, plan, and schedule deployment of tasks, and resolve any issues that impact the deployment of the Application delivery systems

•            Provide guidance in technical design, and plan team activities and providing direction to team members

•            Responsible for collaborating with the DevOps Lead(s) (Central, Verticals, Platforms) to coordinate project schedules
