Job Description
The position is for a Infrastructure Project Manager who manages the project scope, project plan,resourcing, raid log, tracking and monitoring of the progress.
Experienced in creating the project plan, delivery of the projects, resource management and third-party management and drive the delivery.
Very strong project management skills are required. The experience of cloud migration is essential. Network infrastructure related project delivery will have the added advantage.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Prepare project plan, Resource Plan, Risk and issue management, tracking and monitoring projects
- Continuous improvement of project delivery processes
- Creation and Introduction of best delivery practices and review delivery governance
- Creation of templates and trackers to support delivery of projects
- Third party resource management and drive to get the work done
- Communication with customer and managing their expectation
- End to End project lifecycle management from Project initiation to project closure
Skills:
- Preferred Prince-2, PMP or Agile certification
- Ability to make project plans using Microsoft Project Plan
- Forecasting and planning for the delivery and resources
- Early identification of risk and issues
- Good communication skills
- Customer facing role Negotiation and assertion
Soft Skills:
- Worked collaboratively with Business and IT stakeholders to identify the dependencies, and developed a collaborative plan
- Exhibit effective analytical skills & organizational skills
- Good stakeholder management at all levels
- Very Good communication skills and act as a trusted entity with all parties involved
- Proven multicultural experience in handling difficult situations
- Seeks innovative ways to improve the process of delivering solutions to customers
- Supports training and knowledge sharing sessions
