Analyzes customer business needs and participates in the planning, design and implementation of new or enhanced systems. Establishes standards and procedures to be used in the development of systems. 
The Solutions Architecture will ensure that all their requirements are taken into account. Stakeholders will be informed of all project development processes, costs, and budgeting. They will translate technical project details into a language that management and non-technical stakeholders can understand.
