Roles & Responsibilities:-
· Facilitates & support daily stand-up, sprint planning, sprint Grooming, sprint review, and sprint retrospective
· Work closely with Product Owners to drive Sprint Grooming and to ensure backlog items are properly and fully defined and groomed prior to acceptance into a sprint
· Ensure that Scrum is understood, and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines
· Manage the projects and facilitates sprint releases
· Drive sprint executions, communicates with management and stakeholders, protects the team from uncontrolled injection of work (changes are evaluated/intentional)
· Thrives in lean, dynamic environments with competing priorities and leads the team in identifying the right priorities and focus.
· Able to do post-mortem and root cause analysis to help teams continuously improve their practices to ensure maximum productivity
· Coaching leaders, teams and stakeholders on technical and non-technical agile practices
· You coach and mentor the teams in Agile methodologies and communication skills to make sure that everybody can reach their full potential and the teams are running smoothly
· Share and learn best practices with peers to increase the effectiveness of the application of agile practices in the organization
· Leads team effort in relentless improvement, define and implement improvement stories to increase the velocity and quality of the program Implement and support principles, rules, and processes

· good experience in agile methodology, Jira tool , Scrum techniques and good understanding of managing infra initiatives

· work with our teams to bridge waterfall foundation to agile – not just being willing to work in agile framework, but also how to represent their roadmaps, timelines, plans, commitments
