Below are some of things we are looking :

QA tester with strong Trading experience.

Should be able to write test cases and test plans.

Investment background a must.

Able to test and report defects , strong communication

8+ years of extensive testing experience (Manual and Automated)

Good understanding and experience of working in both Waterfall and Agile delivery models. BDD experience is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with senior stakeholders.

Experience with API testing

Ability to review and analyze business requirements, define and create test plans, design and execute test cases, defect management and progress reporting

Capital Market Domain experience

Must have a good understanding of Equity and Fixed income trade flows

Ability to train and mentor junior resources

Nice to have:

Must have 2+ years of testing experience in trading applications, such as CRD (Charles River Development) for Capital Markets – Investment Managers
