Skills Needed:
Work with SMEs and SLs in gathering requirements.
Translate business requirements into WBS.
Interact with various team-members to provide the right solutions and expertise
Research advanced technology regarding best practices in the field and seek to find cost-effective solutions
Accountable for delivering the solution that supports the business requirements, using various technologies (COTS or other), products and platforms
Work with the team in delivering the identified solution
Help with testing solutions created.
Provide detailed functional and non-functional requirements and specifications for proposed solutions including time and scope involved.
Work closely with Product teams to ensure products and solutions are available and working properly.
Ensure that the solution developed complies with given architecture guidelines, specifications and business partner quality requirements and ensuring the usage of standards, tools and platforms
Identify and propose solutions and features to fit product
Solve assigned issues together with the business
Analyze current technologies used and perform tech-watch, build prototypes and PoCs.
Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates requirements such as legal, customer experience or other.
Align with Volvo Group Security directives and fulfilling the customer demands for information security
Experience Needed:
At least 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar positions in projects that uses Java or related technologies using SAFe or Agile Scrum.
Must understand the frameworks, processes and tools essential for Business Analysis.
Good to have skills in creating presentations and presenting them in various forums
Planning and problem solving skills
Positive, proactive and can-do attitude
Fluency in English (both verbal & written)
