Business Analysts to build end to end business solutions and to work with one of the leading healthcare providers in the US. The Ideal candidate must have experience in Healthcare Cost of Care domain knowledge. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and know how to collaborate effectively with domain experts and technical experts in the team. 
Responsibilities · Performs analytical evaluation of the Cost of Care and/or Provider Contracting organizations. · Utilizes subject matter knowledge of provider types, quality of care metrics, member and provider network satisfaction KPIs from a cost of care perspective to identify requirements towards building new dashboards. · Experience summarizing findings, trends using adhoc reports. · Assist all business partners, business analysts, business relationship managers to analyze changes in requirements and provide solutions for enhancements to all applications. · Use a combination of information engineering, data analysis and sampling to ensure concise and comprehensive requirements. · Define best fit implementation methodology based on best practices. · Capable of investigating and quickly understanding the capabilities of existing systems and technologies already in use across a business area. · Experience working in agile environment. · Healthcare industry knowledge is preferred. 
Requirements · Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in broad-based analytical, managed care payor or provider environment. · Experience in statistical analysis and healthcare modeling; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background · Requires ability to write SQL queries, data analysis and have advanced Excel skills · Must have experience
