•          Expertise in Healthcare domain - Clinical research area

•          End to end Business Analytic responsibilities

•          Understanding customer requirements, and able to convert them to user stories and well-defined acceptance criteria

•          Able to interpret customer language that they bring in discussions

•          Statistical knowledge on clinical research will be an added advantage

•          Able to communicate requirements to offshore and get a quick understanding

•          Ability to bridge the gap between the offshore team and customer team
