Job Responsibilities:
• Modify existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance.
• Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
• Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met.
• Design, develop and modify software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.
• Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications and layouts, and peripheral equipment modifications.
• Obtain and evaluate information on factors such as reporting formats required, costs, and security needs to determine hardware configuration.
• Follow best design practices based CS and industry design guideline while developing technical solution for complex business problems.
• Prepare roadmap for platform in fast changing technology world to avoid any EOL disruptions

Skills:
• Proficient in programming language C#, .Net 4.5+ and .Net Core (C#, Oops, Multithreading, Rest API,)
• Strong knowledge of DevOps CICD, Build pipelines/Jenkins and GIT
• Experience on real-time communication mechanism (preferred: Kafka)
• Experience on caching solutions(Redis/Hazelcast)
• Strong knowledge of multithreading, parallel processing and micro services
• Ability to design and develop cloud ready and cloud native applications
• Strong knowledge of WPF/UI frameworks and design patterns
• Experience in writing Oracle SQL queries/stored proc
• Nice to have experience on Mongo DB
• Nice to have Trading Systems development experience.
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training required.
• 10-12 years experience required.
