Cloudera HDFS + HIVE data management

Hands on experience with Data Virtualization technologies such as Dremio, Denodo etc.

Advanced level experience with Python- pandas/ PySpark

Advanced level Shell/ BASH scripting

Well versed with CI/CD tooling – GIT/ Bitbucket/ Jenkins/ Automated testing tools

Must have a Bachelor‘s degree in Applied Computer Science, Applied Math, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent.

Responsibilities & duties:

Champion advisory and implementation services of large-scale data and modeling ecosystems supporting Regulatory reporting and related analytics, Modeling ecosystem, data management and related security requirements and governance

Partner to drive innovation across our business and core environments to leverage technology investments across multiple platforms

Participate in setting engagement objectives and scope working with key stakeholders and external partners as required. Develop technical implementation plans, architecture blueprints and prototypes, mentor technical teams and support building out fault-tolerant application, platform, analytical architectures

Lead various aspects of the full data, model and application delivery lifecycle for implementations, which may include requirements gathering, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests. escalations and urgent issues.
