•             7 to 8 years years of experience in administering PostgreSQL databases as a senior DBA with experience using 9.4 version.

•             Good experience in using EDB tool for monitoring

•             experience with Database and SQL Tuning using PostgreSQL

•             Assist development teams in optimizing for PostgreSQL

•             PostgreSQL backup and restore

•             Designing and managing PostgreSQL database schemas

•             Proficient in SQL and advanced SQL

•             Proficient in pg PL/SQL and triggers

•             SQL Development experience assisting front end application developers

•             Experience in security access control

•             Full project life cycle experience

•             Strong written and verbal communication skills

•             Highly motivated, able to work both in a team and solo

•             Must be able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure

At least 3+ years of hands-on EDB administration with experience in below:

•             EFM (EDB Postgres Failover Manager)

•             Search Path

•             EPAS Advanced Database administration

•             VACUUM Full or 3rd party tools

•             pgbouncer, pgpool

•             EFM and streaming replication

•             XDB and logical replication

•             PEM for monitoring

•             MTK for migration from Oracle to postgres

•             BART for backup and recovery
