Principal Responsibilities: Acknowledge and act on application alerts displayed on monitoring tools.
Perform sanity checks at regular interval in PROD and PSE environments for above mentioned applications.
Perform other health checks at the prescribed times.
Incident resolution as per defined run book and process documentation Incident ownership and escalation until resolution or acceptance of the issue by another team.
Generation, posting and purging of participant, public and regulator reports in conjunction with other teams.
Monitor GTR ingestion flow.
Perform pre and post validation check during changes/releases Perform
Disaster Recovery test activities and shake-out tests Participate in Disaster Recovery Exercises Follow the sun support responsibility supporting all jurisdictions
on a shift basis covering 24x7x365.
Handling any activity for any region within the local time zone coverage. 

Experience: High level of experience supporting local and remote end users in high-energy work environment
