JOB DETAIL


• Oversee the execution and architecture across (ITAM, ITSM, ITOM,ITBM).
• Ensure all federated data sources are automated and easily on boarded into the CMDB ingestion framework integrating with discovery tools while ensuring data quality and integrity are maintained.
• Accountable for quality, user experience and continual improvement of the ServiceNow product.
• Proactively stays up to date in platform capabilities, research and recommend use of new ServiceNow platform features/plugins to improve the user experience, process quality and to educate new team members.
• Maintain ServiceNow roadmap for owned functions
• Establish, review and optimize new/existing processes to improve customer experience and overall delivery of business outcomes to support IT Operations, Asset Management, and Ops initiatives to address complex business and audit requirements.
• Ensure solutions are designed and developed in alignment with ServiceNow's capabilities
• Advance our Agile execution capability to ensure consistent delivery
• Create and monitor ServiceNow dashboards to evaluate if solutions are working as expected
• Publish and maintains end user knowledge articles and training materials.
• Lead special assignments for efforts that require cross-functional solutions.
 
Qualifications:
•  Minimum 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing and supporting an Enterprise ServiceNow platform solution including, but not limited to:
Configuration of multiple ServiceNow modules, including but not limited to the following:
Case/Incident Management;
Change Management;
Configuration Management Database;
Asset Management;
Service Catalog; and/or others.
• Development of ServiceNow workflows including the use of scripting tools to automate routine tasks and processes.
• Development and configuration of custom and ad-hoc dashboards and reports.
• Integrating and interfacing third-party applications.
• Assuring the security and integrity of the ServiceNow instance in accordance with Security policies and industry best practices.
•  Knowledge of IT infrastructure topology including typical application, server & networking configurations and how they can be documented using a common data model.
• Knowledge, understanding and implementation experience with ITSM, ITBM and ITOM applications
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of ServiceNow CMDB
