• Assist with moving remaining Vmware and SQL workloads
• Assist with day to day backup operational tasks/activities
• Review backup processes and policies (incident, capacity, performance and change management, user and backup policy) to ensure customer is following best practice methodology
• Conduct knowledge transfer to of the features/functions of implemented backup solution
• General troubleshooting/optimization - ensure the customer understands how to manage these areas once residency is completed
• Continuously monitor, review, and manage backup environment to identify areas of improvement following Dell EMC best practice
• Willing to complete PPDM training
• Share best practice methodologies throughout the residency assignment
• Resident will be self-directed, able to accomplish tasks with little to no direction

Must have skills: Networker / Data Domain
• 10+ years experience with NetWorker
• Networker VMware protection (VADP, Self Service FLR, vCenter plug-in integration)

• Networker SQL Server protection (VDI, VM App Aware, SSMS integration)
