Lead the development of goals, guidelines, action steps, and timelines to ensure projects meet technical requirements
Contribute your advanced technical expertise to the project
Monitor and report on progress towards the project's timelines and goals
Refine goal, guidelines, action steps, and timelines for projects as needed
Should have extensive experience doing cutover planning and release management
Ensure projects meet the technical requirements for full completion
TPM will help drive strategic initiatives, align teams, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver on multiple complex technology projects
The TPM will lead cross functional and technical teams to drive projects from conceptual design feasibility through requirements, completed design, implementation, testing, and deployment
Should have the ability to interpret technical requirements/dependencies and resolve them by working with engineering team
Prior experience working on API integration is preferred
Experience with cross-organizational communication to both technical- and non-technical audiences from engineers to upper management
Thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities are a must
Lead discussions across cross-functional teams
Lead implementation process and ultimate deployment of Strategic initiatives and other programs
Manage program budget, human capital planning and can drive operational insights
Manage through Agile/SAFE methodologies
Facilitate cross-collaboration and understanding between IT and other departments
Generate reports and insights for different internal and/or external audiences
Stay current on the latest news, information, and trends about program management and the organization’s industry
