∙ At least 5 years of hands-on experience in architecture, design or development of enterprise applications and integration 
∙ 3+ years’ experience in big data/cloud application development and implementation. 
∙ In depth understanding of BI and Analytics Solution Architecture 
∙ Strong knowledge of SQL (using Teradata or Oracle, SQL Server), Python/R 
∙ Strong knowledge of architecture and design patterns and the ability to apply them 
∙ Strong knowledge in at least one solution and data modeling tools (preferably Erwin), IBM Information Data Architect, Sybase Power Designer, Embacardo. 
∙ Good understanding to any Reporting/Analytics tools like Tableau, Business Objects, Cognos or MicroStrategy. 
∙ Understanding of IT security and compliance remediation activities. 
∙ 3+ years of experience working on healthcare domain data. 
∙ Ability to put together solutions, conceptual, logical, physical data models for complex applications. 
∙ Experience in working with Data Governance, Data Stewards team. 
∙ Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
∙ Exhibit leadership behavior which supports the business and technology goals through creative thinking and strong problem management 
∙ Ability to handle multiple competing tasks in an ordered manner, prioritizing to ensure business deliverables are met.
