·        6-8 Years Engineering and Development experience using ServiceNow platform

·        4-5 plus years of hands-on implementation experience with ServiceNow HRSD Modules Development and Implementation

·        Hands on experience on various IT workflows and Employee workflows of ServiceNow viz. Service Catalogue Requests, Service Portal, Configuration Management, ServiceNow Administration, Knowledge Management, Reporting, Gauges, Integration with Web Services.

·        High proficiency in  developing workflows, business rules, UI Pages, UI actions, catalog items,

·        Demonstrate knowledge of JavaScripts, Angular JS.

·        Strong experience in ServiceNow Dev instance establishment and migration of update sets to Test and Prod

Good to Have   

Implementation Specialist Trainings accreditation and certifications is desirable in at least one of the following:

CIS – HR

CIS – ITSM

·        Demonstrate knowledge of UI design and strong UI programming skills.

·        Hands-on experience on implementing ServiceNow Integrations with 3rd party tools

·        Experience interviewing stakeholders to gather system requirements, develop conceptual designs and the implementation of the design within ServiceNow

·        Demonstrate knowledge of UI design and strong UI programming skills and experience interviewing stakeholders to gather system requirements, develop conceptual designs and the implementation of the design within ServiceNow

·        Intermediate knowledge on how following tools works with respect to application deployment: Jenkins, Chef, Tomcat, JBoss, Weblogic, Database etc.

·        Good documentation and communication skills

·        Exposure working in agile project teams
