JOB DETAIL

This individual will be responsible for any Administrative work both in Classic and Lightning on the Salesforce.com platform. He/she must be a leading contributor individually and have the ability to work as a team member.  Because of substantial customer interfacing, the individual must have a demonstrated ability to work with customers on an independent basis with exceptional communication skills, while consistently achieving the absolute highest levels of customer satisfaction.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Administration of Salesforce org including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Manage the Salesforce.com CRM application including ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users by providing prompt and complete resolution to technical challenges and business issues.
  • Managing all new user setup and deactivation, including transferring ownership of user records
  • Data migration
  • Creating, developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Flows, Workflows, and Process Builders
  • Creating and modifying custom fields, formulae, objects, page layouts
  • Managing all Salesforce security settings including internal and external sharing rules.
  • Hands on configuration of Sales Cloud including users, roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, custom objects, flows, lightning components etc.
  • Experience administering lightning UI for at least 1 year.
  • Manage third-party applications (such as Docusign, Adobe, Akamai, etc.), and implement enhancements and upgrades to the applications as needed.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity. Execute data migration/cleansing projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams effectively, seek to understand user experience and stakeholder perspective on operational processes, and deliver clear solutions to stakeholders
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
  • Investigate reported system issues, and work with internal teams toward a solution
  • Taking ownership and resolution of Salesforce case management system.
  • Reading and interpreting Salesforce debug logs.

 

Required Experience:

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator and Platform Apps Builder
  • Proficient in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud capabilities
  • Minimum 3+ years applicable work experience
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
