- 6-8 years relevant programming experience in C# and .NET with RDBMS/SQL server working knowledge
- Understanding of development tools, guidelines and conventions including but not limited to ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as SVN, Visual SVN
- Very strong debugging memory management skills along with strong communication skills.
- Unit Testing - Hands on working knowledge/exposure
- Hands on working knowledge/exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
- Strong software Engineering concepts
