Organizes and leads the agile team through the entire delivery life cycle
Conducts estimate sessions with stakeholders to drive estimates and challenges estimates where appropriate to ensure accurate effort estimates by functional areas
Manages delivery execution, resource deployment and overall coordination efforts to ensure features are completed on schedule and to budget
Creates and manages the artifacts required for governance approval for medium to large-scale initiatives
Serves as the core member of the Scrum team and ensure Scrum ceremonies are collaborative, occur on time, and adhere to "best practice"
Monitors the progress of sprints; Coordinate cross functionally to remove blockers and manage dependencies
Identify / Manage / Mitigate risks to prevent issues
Establishes and actively manages all key stakeholder expectations and relationships
Manages deliverables from all functional teams ensuring they meet the defined timeline and quality
Provide / Accept continuous feedback in the spirit of continuous improvement
Collaborates with resource managers to acquire the resources necessary to implement user stories on time and within budget
Coaches and mentors team members for the maturity of the team and should be able to lead minimum of two scrum teams
Team Leadership – Experienced in assessing how the team is doing and driving necessary actions to improve
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, with the ability to coach and mentor all team roles on a Scrum team
Strong team player with the ability to manage others through teamwork and relationship building skills
