Trissential is currently seeking an Agile Coach - Team Level (SAFE) to join our dynamic team Remotely.
Responsibilities
Supports the Agile Teams in functional areas in non-IT & IT groups with a focus on operations agile methods.
Supports the Agile Coach Lead and works with the team of agile coaches within the Enterprise Agile Transformation Office
Develop Agile Teams Standards of Practices and runs on Enterprise Agile Playbook
Develop comprehensive and customized agile training material
Coaching and mentoring Agile teams and leaders
Develop and provide training to business and IT staff on Agile-Lean practices
Working with a cohort of Agile coaches and trainers at the division, sector, and enterprise levels
Conducts routine executive level reporting on transformation activities and agile maturity of entire department
Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving common Agile methodologies, policies, and procedures for an Agile, iterative solution lifecycle from an executable architecture, concept development, iterative design, production, delivery, deployment, and maintenance.
Self-starter with Consultant Mentality - Need to be able to coach and guide
Qualifications
Licensure/Certification Required:
SPC 5.0 or above – Scaled Agile Program Consultant
Agile Certification – CSM, CPSO, ICP-ACC, PMI-ACP, or PSM

Experience
6 years of experience performing in multiple Agile roles, to include 4 years of experience as an Agile Coach(not Scrum Master).
Strong business acumen and advanced knowledge of the software development lifecycle and methodologies.
Lean-Agile methodologies, practices, and tools (i.e. Azure DevOps/Jira).
Proven knowledge of the application of Agile at scale and demonstrated ability to coach and lead the cultural and organizational change to make it work – SAFe or LeSS
Previous experience in Product Ownership or Scrum Master
Knowledge and experience in two or more Agile or Lean frameworks – Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Lean Six Sigm
